How I got here
My journey into fitness began from one of the hardest chapters of my life while navigating the loss of my little brother. In that pain, I started chasing wellness not just for how it made me look but for how it made me feel.
Movement became my outlet, my therapy, and eventually my passion. Fitness didn’t just change my life, it truly saved it. Through every rep, hike, and moment of struggle, I learned how strong I could be both physically and emotionally. That’s when I knew I wanted to help others find that same strength within themselves
What to expect
One of my favorite things in life is meeting new people and exploring new places. This 12 day Bali retreat is my way of inviting you to reconnect, recharge, and rediscover who you are. We will move our bodies, try new adventures, and build real connection in a setting that inspires growth. I will lead energising beach sessions and mindful moments that leave you feeling grounded and strong. Getting out of our bubble is where change happens. I want to share that with you as we come together in a new environment surrounded by new faces. We will laugh, learn, and create memories that last long after we fly home. I am excited to build something special with this community.
