I’m Elliot, but most know me as The Gymfella on Instagram and TikTok. Fitness and travel are my biggest passions, and I’ve spent months exploring Southeast Asia and Australia while staying fit. From skydiving over Mission Beach to spotting wild elephants in Thailand, I love chasing adventure, coffee, and connection. Come join me in Bali for a fitness retreat you’ll never forget!

More about Elliot
How I got here
I started out on the football pitch at Blackpool FC, where I first discovered the discipline and drive that sport brings. Over time I found my true passion in the gym, lifting weights, building strength, and helping others do the same. For the past 7 years I have been a personal trainer, guiding people to transform their bodies and mindset through fitness.
At the same time, I have always loved exploring the world. After COVID put my travel plans on hold, I set off as soon as the borders opened. That journey combined my two biggest passions: travel and fitness. Now I am focused on showing that you can see the world, enjoy every moment, and still stay strong, healthy, and confident.
What to expect
One of my biggest passions in life is combining fitness with travel. Exploring new places, meeting new people, and staying active along the way has shaped who I am. Bali is the perfect destination to bring all of that together. By day we will train, stay fit, and challenge ourselves, and we will also explore beaches, temples, and culture as a group.
This retreat is about balance, not restriction. It is about pushing yourself, having fun, and creating memories with people who share the same energy. To help you prepare, everyone who joins will get six months of free access to my Gymfella fitness app, so you will already be building strength and confidence before we land in Bali.
