Hi! I’m Andrea. I’m a fitness creator, gym lover, and someone who’s always down to try new things and make the most out of life. Fitness has been a huge part of my life and honestly taught me way more than just how to get stronger. It’s helped me build confidence, push through challenges, and realize I’m capable of a lot more than I used to think.
I really like being able to encourage others and create a space that feels positive and welcoming. One of my favorite things is just connecting with people. Some of the best memories come from being in new environments, laughing a lot, trying things for the first time, and stepping out of our normal routines for a bit.
Whether you’re coming to move your body, meet new people, or just do something a little different, I’m really excited to share this experience with you.

How I got here
My fitness journey started because I’ve always been pretty small and struggled to gain weight. At first, it was mostly about how I looked and wanting to feel more confident, but over time it turned into something way bigger than that. It helped me stop comparing myself to other people and just focus on becoming the best version of myself.
Content creation kind of came later when I was living in LA and honestly just felt a bit lost. I knew I wanted something I was passionate about, I just hadn’t figured it out yet. When I finally started posting and sharing my journey, I ended up really loving it. I like connecting with people and building a community that feels supportive and real.
The biggest thing I’ve learned is that you kind of just have to start, even if you don’t have it all figured out yet.
What to expect
My vision for this retreat is pretty simple. I want it to feel like a break from everyday life where we can actually slow down, connect with each other, and just enjoy being present.
I want us to move, do fun workouts, experience a new place, and also just appreciate what our bodies can do without overthinking it. More than anything, I hope it feels light, fun, and grounding at the same time.
At the end of it, I just want everyone to leave with good memories, new connections, and feeling a little more refreshed and confident than when they came.
