How I got here
My journey started with a simple frustration traditional fitness felt repetitive and disconnected from real life. I wanted something more engaging, more primal, and more effective. That led me to kettlebell training and eventually to building my own system around it.
Over time, I combined strength training with movement, play, and outdoor environments. Traveling, especially living in Thailand, shaped that vision even further. Training in places like Phuket showed me that fitness doesn’t need to be confined to four walls it can be an experience.
Now, I focus on helping others break out of rigid routines and step into a more dynamic, enjoyable way of training while exploring new environments and cultures.
What to expect
If you’re someone who wants more than just another workout this is for you.
This experience is about building real strength, moving with purpose, and stepping outside your comfort zone in an environment that pushes and inspires you. You’ll train hard, but you’ll also explore, connect, and create moments you won’t get anywhere else.
