Krisellie is a coach, paralegal and content creator with a passion for helping women build strength, confidence and balance in a way that feels real and sustainable. Her own fitness journey began from a place of feeling lost, trying quick fixes and chasing a version of herself that still didn’t feel good on the inside. Over time, she shifted her focus from appearance to strength, routine, mindset and how she truly felt.
Now, she helps women ditch the all-or-nothing mindset and create healthy lifestyles built around smart training, flexible nutrition and real-life routines. With her love for fitness, travel and personal growth, Krisellie is bringing her community to Bali for something deeper than just workouts.

How I got here
When I started my fitness journey, I felt completely lost. I tried everything—crash diets, sweatbands, endless cardio—and still wasn’t happy. During my freshman year of college, I hit my highest weight. That summer, I lost about 30 pounds, but not intentionally. I was working two jobs, barely eating from exhaustion, and struggling with depression. I didn’t even notice the weight loss until friends and family started commenting. “Stay just like that.” “Don’t lose or gain anymore.” I had the body I thought I wanted—but I still didn’t feel good.
So I changed my approach. Instead of obsessing over how I looked, I focused on how I felt. As a busy woman now preparing for law school, I needed an outlet—and the gym became just that. I fell in love with the process, and the physique I built became a bonus.
Now, I help women create a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. One that doesn’t revolve around quick fixes or physical appearance alone. Through smart strength training, flexible nutrition, and real-life routines, I coach women toward long-term results that feel good and actually last. You won’t find perfection or pressure here—just real support and someone who truly gets it. You’re not alone anymore. Let’s ditch the all-or-nothing mindset and build strength, confidence, and balance that lasts.

I’ve been dreaming about creating something deeper than just workouts… something that actually changes you. This Bali retreat isn’t just about fitness. It’s about stepping away from the noise, the stress, the constant rush, and finally pouring back into you.
Imagine waking up in Bali to warm air, soft sunlight, and the sound of nature instead of alarms. Starting your mornings with intentional movement—feeling strong, grounded, and present in your body. No pressure, no comparison… just you reconnecting with yourself. We’ll move our bodies, yes—but we’ll also slow down. Think: journaling by the water, deep conversations, healing moments, and experiences that remind you who you are outside of your routine, your job, and your responsibilities.
